Terms of Service

To make an application, please ensure that the following terms are met.

Application Requirements


This is a free service with no conditions. Nevertheless, if you are the one who is penalized for violating the Terms of Service, you are still required to act in accordance with the terms of the penalty.


Content Specification


You may not apply for a subdomain name that contains the following information:

  • 1. The name of the country or region, including abbreviations, aliases;
  • 2. Unauthorized personal names;
  • 3. The names which support acts that violate human moral boundaries, such as child pornography, terrorism, etc;
  • 4. To avoid censorship, please do not include the names of political parties.
  • 5. Racism, gender dichotomy and personal attacks;
  • 6. We will update this list gradually, so if you have questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

    • Your website must not contain the following content:

  • 1. Child Pornography;
  • 2. Terrorism;
  • 3. Racism and gender dichotomy;
  • 4. Unfounded attacks;
  • 5. Guns, drugs and other transactions;
  • 6. Fraudulent content;
  • 7. A large number of advertisements, especially baiting type advertisements;
  • 8. Embedded virus scripts, etc;
  • 9. We will update this list gradually, so if you have questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

    • Responsibilities and Obligations


    You do not have the right to own and dispose of the subdomain name that you apply for, and you may not transfer it.

    We promise not to block the subdomains without reason. If your domain name is blocked and you believe it is not in violation of our terms, you may apply for unblocking.

    You can do anything with it that doesn't violate the content specification, but you have an obligation to check the content of your site.


    Privacy and Security


    We will not disclose the applicant's information to any third party.

    The information you provide will only be used to bind you to the subdomain you apply for, and will not be used for any other purpose.

    For security purposes, your site must be HTTPS enabled and have the HSTS header set.You can voluntarily choose whether or not to protect your site through Cloudflare. If you choose to use Cloudflare, we will provide you with a certificate issued by Cloudflare. Please note that the certificate will not be the same for any two sites, and we do not retain it.


    Penalty for Breach of Contract


    If your sub-domain has a breach that is not caused by your actions (e.g., leaving a message), we will issue a warning in minor cases and block the subdomain in more serious cases, and you will have to pay $50 if you want to reapply for the subdomain, and the block will not be lifted in serious cases.

    If you refuse to pay the amount after default or if the circumstances are serious, we will delete the subdomain at any time after the seven-day contact period and reopen the application.


    Termination


    You can delete your subdomain at any time by contacting us. We will delete it upon receipt and confirmation. Please note: This operation is not reversible.
